At Levy's Fine Jewelry, we want you to cherish your purchase forever; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items. Please note that custom-designed pieces and altered jewelry are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our concierge team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid insured shipping label.

  Secure Your Package

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton along with all original diamond certificates and documentation.

  Ship to Levy's

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking and insurance purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition and authenticity of the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
